Break the business routines at Buitenplaats Beekhuizen
At this unique place in the middle of the Veluwezoom National Park, a meeting, training, team building day or team outing guarantees a special experience.Our MeetingLodge is a large Lodgetent that can accommodate up to 20 people. The furnishings consist out of rustic wooden tabels and benches with seat cushions or a comfortable chair. We prepare the space according to your desired setup and wishes. The tables are set with stationary and a conference case, fitted with all the contents to make the meeting a succes, is at your disposal.
There is a pantry with a watertap, fast WiFi, multiple sockets, a pelletstove and a veranda. When the weather is nice, the front of the tent can be opened up so you can enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding green tall trees. The two associcated toilets are located directly opposite from the MeetingLodge. Guests' cars can be parked free of charge, in front of the park entrance gate.
Restaurant WOODZ can provide the culinaru interpretation of your day. Upon entering the park, your guests are welcomed with a chalkboard that shows them the way to the MeetingLodge. In short; all amenities are available to you!
End the day in style with an overnight stay in a Pod, Lodgetent or Forest Cabin. Reminiscing by the fire bowl under the clear starry sky creates the most spontaneous conversations.

Our MeetingLodge can accommodate a group up to 20 people (depending on your chosen setup).
In addition, there are various options in our Lodges, Pods and even at times in Restaurant WOODZ to make it an unforgettable day.
Do you have specific wishes or are you with a larger group? Please contact our event coordinator Lotte to look at the possibilities. For example, we can hire materials to facilitate a group of up to 75 people on our site.
Business factsheet
Restaurant WOODZ is located on the grounds of Buitenplaats Beekhuizen. This restaurant, inspired by a festival setting, offers the opportunity during opening days to provide a suitable culinary break from your get-together. From a coffee reception to a 3-course dinner or from a break during the meeting to a picnic lunch with our guide.
On the days that WOODZ is not open, we work together with various local caterers who know our site well..
Our event coordinator Lotte is happy to think about the most tasty and most suitable implementation of your day on which you lack for nothing.

We have three types of accommodations on our park. Each accommodation has its own sanitary facilities, cooking facilities and a beautiful location in nature to relax after a productive day with your team.
Our Pods (1 to 2 separate sleeping places) are a kind of wooden tiny house and cosily furnished. Our Lodge tents have a lovely sitting area (3 to 5 separate sleeping places). If you really want to immerse yourself in the middle of nature, you can book one of our brand new and most spacious Forest Cabins suitable for 4 people (3 separate sleeping places).
